the health effects of trans fatty acids include adverse effects on lipid risk factors for Heart disease and metabolism of essancial fatty acids.fats it completely blocks the blood vessel or the vessel gets so small inside due to the furring that a small blood clot that might normally pass easily causes the blockage on the blood vessel. Depending where the blood vessel was transporting blood to, affects the possible outcome. For example if it was a main vessel supplying the brain a person may have a stroke, or if it supplies the heart it may lead to a heart attack.
