earths crust causes it
Indirectly. The movement of tectonic plates is the cause of the majority of earthquakes. Earthquakes can cause landslides.
It is the convectional movement in the mantle.
Scientists speculate that the movement of tectonic plates is created by the movement of the rigid lithosphere on the asthenosphere.
yes...it affects a lot.....
The movement of the Earth's plates is known as plate tectonics. Geologists think the plates move due to a build up of extreme heat in the Earth's crust.
Moisture
the creation is cause but the movement of the plates under the earths surface hope that helps.
The plates rub together causing the rocks to move and it causes the ground to shake forming an earthquake. The more the plates move, the bigger the earthquake number.
The tectonic plates at the Earths core have movement.
the movement of pressure on earths plates or land causes them to push each other and cause a crack in the earth
because it shifs the earths plates
The Italian earth quake was most probably caused by the movement of the Eurasian and African tectonic plates. Convection currents in the earths mantle cause these plates to move which in turn causes stresses at the plate boundaries. When these stresses are released the movement is very sudden. This is the movement said to be an earthquake.
it happened because of the earths movement no offence but that wasnt a very good answer. it happened because the asthenosphere (not spelt correctly) in the mantle moved because the plates flowed over the top of the liquid magma. No! it was the earths plates sliding against eachother that cause the earthquake.
moving tectonic plates on earths surface
No. The movement of Earth's plates can cause earthquakes and tsunamis but is completely unrelated tornadoes. Tornadoes are produced by severe thunderstorms.
The movement of tectonic plates.
