no i do all the time but most people think its uncomfortable so they dont. Sports bras are meant to have support, and they are tight which are constricting around your rib cage. It is bad to wear them to bed, its bad for your ribs and breathing and in ways, linked to breast cancer. I recommend you DO NOT wear them to bed.
