they both are responsibility of citizens
When a person is driving but is not paying full attention to the road
Driving in the proper lane. In the United States this means driving in the lane that is on the right (---->) side of the road from the driver's perspective.
Texting while driving, calling, not paying attention, etc.

middle-of the-road
texting, not paying attention, or from any distraction from not looking at the road.
Driving is on the left-hand side of the road with steering wheels on the right.
Distraction is something that takes your attention off what you should be doing. Cell phone use while driving distracts you from paying attention to the road while driving.
Its distracting because you are supposed to keep your eyes one the road, but when you text you take your eyes off the road and arent paying attention which is very dangerous.

the same as driving in the States. Except, the cars are set up to on the right instead of the left for driving. So, you will drive on the left side of the road instead of the right.
