There is no special food, dish or meal on Bastille Day.
Since it is a national holiday and in summer, more people than usual will eat street food, ice cream, cold drinks, or spend time in cafés. Some cities and villages also organize communal meals on this day.
They have a cake called La Buche de Noel that is served after the dinner. Goose is popular as is roast turkey. Oysters are often served and in the South West of France these may be accompanied by hot crepinettes (a sort of sausage). Champagne, Foie gras also what ever champange is it is probaly not food
They eat..
Nobody eats crepes especially on Bastille Day. The crepes stands are just one among many street food stands that exist, and are relatively recent as far as street food outside of Brittany is concerned, not a French tradition.
