They eat with, whatever they brought when they went there. You can't get the stuff you need to survive there, so you either bring it with you or have somebody else ship it to you after you arrive. The big scientific stations have heat and electricity, usually provided by diesel generators. Living conditions inside the stations themselves would be fairly normal, and no special food preparation gear would be needed. The Byrd expeditions made much use of oil-burning stoves, and the United States Antarctic Program issued liquid-fueled cooking stoves that burned "white gas," a gasoline-like fuel, or kerosene. These apparently work perfectly well even in the extreme cold of Antarctica.
