Jewish people do not recognise Ramadan (which is a Muslim celebration) as a specific time of worship, and dress as they otherwise would, or accordingly with whatever their own religion requires.
The month of Ramadan does, by no means, enforce any kind of change into a Muslim's daily clothing. The only change observed during this month is that of fasting.
There is no special rule about clothing worn to a Break Fast. It depends on the Host, but you generally wear the same clothing you wore to synagogue that day.
