There are several types of rattlesnakes, but the easiest way to identify them is by the rattles at the end of its tail and the arrowhead shape of its head.

Rattle Snakes look like a regular snake. Except it looks like they have small pieces of corn on the rear end of their body.
Well, they all look different, but they have the tell tale rattle on their tails.
No, rattlesnake's teeth are actually quite dull. When people are bitten by a rattlesnake, the poison is absorbed through the skin. The poison messes with their brains and makes them think they have been bitten.
Rattlesnakes have hooked fangs in the front of their mouths that are hollow and can deliver venom from glands.
Secondly, they have smaller, also hooked teeth farther back in their mouths.
The teeth are hooked toward the back of the snake's mouth, to resist prey escape.
Newborn rattlesnakes look like miniature versions of their parents but have a single button on the tip of their tail and no rattle. They will start to develop a rattle when they shed their skin the first time.
They are curved and the sharp tip look like the tip of a hypodermic needle. On a full grown eastern diamondback rattlesnake the length of the fangs can be about two inches.
