Yes. Although they get most of the water they need from the digested innards of food they eat, they still need a source of water to drink. A small, shallow container (such as a metal lid of a jam jar) is more than adequate.
Scorpions are quite easy to take care of though they should not be handled. essentials are a tank (10-20g) either plastic or glass that keeps in humidity, they need this in order to molt. depending on their age they should only eat no more than 4 times a week, they will let you know when they are no longer hungry, they eat various insects but seem to enjoy crickets. they will need a place to hide or burrow, so a cave or a light log to dig under will be fine. they will need sand or gravel depending on the spc. they need warmth but despite what people think they do not like to be in direct sunlight so have the tank set up in a way that a light or warm area is on one side and on the other their cave and water. their water bowl should be full at all times and cotton balls should be placed inside in order for the scorpion to climb into it and absorb moisture properly. that's the basics and any other info can be found at this site :)
good luck!

Yes, they get most of their water through eating their preys but some scorpions like the Emperor will enjoy a regular drink and even a bath! Desert scorps on the other hand do not need water top up. I offer them water overnite every two or 3 months but get most of their needs from well hydrated crickets. -J
