Warmer tropical oceans
Many scientists are blaming the warming of the earth's oceans, a result of anthropogenic climate change, for the documented increase in the strength of hurricanes. The same cannot be said for the frequency of hurricanes, which does not appear to be increasing aside from temporary increases (and decreases) in natural, multi-decadal oscillations.
Because this is when the ocean's waters are the warmest. Recall that the summer solstice is around June 21 (using the northern hemisphere for this example), which is when the suns rays are strongest in the northern hemisphere. It typically takes another month or so for most areas to experience, climatologically, their warmest summer weather. This is because it takes time for the land to heat up and air masses to move poleward. But water takes longer to heat up than land, and it is not until later in August and September that water is at its warmest (consider that Arctic sea ice reaches its minimum in mid-September, which is nearing the equinox)!
No, not at all, it is your parents decision, they may blame it on you but it is their way of saying they dont want to hurt your feelings
1. dilution error 2.blame the test sample 3.poor maintenance of bottles(cleaning)
Well, if you view it from a global scale, than almost everyone is to blame, from companies to the average citizen to garbage dumps.

This is due to the fact that, as the ocean is warmed up slowly from global warming, the probabilty of hurricanes increase.
nothing at all
Campus rebels and counterculture
yes the us is to blame because the president issued atacks on Austrian factories and not one bomb hit a death camb which was about a mile away.
blame it on the goose
I don't remember but it used to be in air conditioners, spray, refrigerator but i don't remember its name
Hurricanes, Typhoons, Tornados and Cyclones were thought to be the angry breath of the "gods". Most modern meteorologists blame such events on clashes between warm air and cold air and high and low barometric pressure systems.
No one to blame.
If you are referring to: "Don't blame it on sunshine, Don't blame it on moonlight, Don't blame it on good times". Then the song you are after is: Blame it on the Boogie, by The Jackson Five.
