ummm...according to me the main reason behind streets and parks being polluted is our actions itself...we our the one's who through waste packets,wrappers,papers etc,and we are the one's who spit and pee on the streets which leads to the pollution of our environment...if only we itself start controlling our actions,we can surely have a cleaner and greener environment..!
