I didnt uderstand either until later but, the golden posts are used when you get a grappling hook to walk or fling yourself to the other side. Hope this helped!!!
Hmmm... I have I dont have that much time to use so I`ll post a PH walkthrough link under related links which is almost at the bottom i know just the walkthrough! though watch out for the ads i hope you enjoy the walkthrough!
Because its pending for a feature. Congrats.
the first part u need 2 use the grapple hook to sling the fire and iceballs to do the first part. but you need to sling the fire at the ice head and ice at the fire head. got that? o.k., the second part the 2 headed dragon will bite the front posts. be careful, because they might try to bite you, too! anyways, once they stick their toung out use the grapple hook to clang their toung to the post. their head will hit the post and he will become dissy. whack him. oh, and to doge the waves, get on A post by tapping it with your stylus. then get off the post and doge the iceburgs. reapeat 'til they both scream and die.
On Mercay Island? Well, your requirements are:BombsArrowsBomb the cracked wall near the Temple of the Ocean King. Go inside and shoot the eye on the wall with an arrow. A bridge will extend. Go across it. Don't bother trying to defeat the enemy. Go up the stairs outside and shoot the eye. Turn the face towards a wall. Bomb it. Go through the cave. It leads you to a Power Gem and a Trading Post with a guy playing a ukelele. Good luck!
The symbol wich the tablets tell you to draw (first time) or the triforce symbol (second time). It is on a piece of paper in zaus home. He tells you where the paper is, so I dont know why you are stupid enough to not read the text. >: 0

Here's a good idea of the storyline : http://teamanti.com/news.htmI think in overall it's a good idea of the chronology, even though some games are missing. I'll try to figure out the chronology, but there's also this site that takes (almost) all games, at least more than the first link :http://www.northcastle.co.uk/archive/history/timeline.htmlAnswerNOT OFFICIAL but courtesy of Gametrailers.com I now believe the is the truth:Minish Cap, Ocarina of Time, then there is a split, in one universe it goes: Majora's, Link's Awakening, The original Zelda, Zelda II, Four Sword Adventure, Then a link to the Past.In the other universe, is Twilight Princess(?), Wind Waker, and Phantom Hourglass. At the bottom of each leg of the timeline are the Oracle games. That is what I think happened in the land of Hyrule. Again NOT OFFICIALAnswerFirst of all, in response to the above post, Minish Cap happens before Four Sword Adventure, since the Picori blade would in the future become the four sword. Also, the manual for Link's Awakening says that Link had finally defeated Ganon once and for all, which happened in The Original Zelda. That makes Twilight Princess happen before them too. The Oracle games happen in the first timeline, and it is directly stated in Wind Waker that it is a direct sequel to Ocarina of time. So here is my answer:Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, The Minish Cap, Four Swords, Four Swords Adventure, A link to the past, The Original, Zelda II, Link's AwakeningOcarina of Time, The Wind Waker, Phantom Hourglass, and Spirit Tracks.
