Are you referring to the main caps? If you are some had two bolt mains, and some had four bolt mains.
The main bearing caps will have four ( 4 ) bolts instead of two ( 2 ) they will be side by side. A four bolt 350 engine is more common in the bigger truck series ?

which bolts are you talking about? every different size bolt has a different torque spec.
take out the cylinder head bolts

If it's a 4 bolt Then the outer bolts for #2, 3 and 4 caps are 70 ft lbs all others bolts are 80 ft. lbs If its a 2 bolt main engine the torque spec's are 80 FT. lbs For all caps.
Hanes Repair Manual states: outer bolts 70 Ft-lbs, inner bolts 80 Ft-lbs
Should be 6 bolts on the bell housing to mate it to the engine.
