I believe the rooms are subliminal messages to the players and the characters themselves. I think there's the "dentist's office" from Zombie Verruckt, Samantha's room (innocent and zombified) and a conference room. Once the player gets there, you have roughly 5 seconds to look around. Hidden somewhere in each room are film reels for the projector in the Pack-a-punch room. Once you get all 4 a movie will appear on the projector, revealing hidden storylines. There is also a small chance of a random powerup being there.
