The Second Amendment - It protects people's right to have weapons.

Fifth-Eighth Amendment - Due process of law is promised, which in other words means the right to be treated fairly and have a fighting chance when facing legal action.
Ninth Amendment - people have rights aside from the ones listed in the Constitution.
