One well-known logo that features stars in a circle is the logo of the European Union, which consists of a circle of twelve gold stars on a blue background. The stars represent unity, solidarity, and harmony among the peoples of Europe. Another example is the logo of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, which includes a star within a circle.
i can tell you this.... there is no reall meaning to the 25 stars on the flag for the NFL.
The logo featuring eight stars in a sphere shape is the emblem of the United Nations (UN) flag. The design symbolizes peace and unity among nations, with the world map represented in the center surrounded by the olive branches, which also represent peace. The eight stars represent the eight regions of the world, emphasizing global cooperation.
The 22 stars on the Paramount Pictures logo represent the original 24 stars that adorned the mountain in the logo’s earliest designs, but two were removed in later iterations. The stars symbolize the 24 film industry professionals who were part of the founding group of Paramount Pictures in the 1910s. They evoke a sense of Hollywood's Golden Age and the company’s longstanding legacy in the film industry. Overall, the stars contribute to the logo's iconic status and connection to cinematic history.

Interesting question, with quite a shocking answer. The three stars represent the highest rating that the US international team can possibly hope for on any future FIFA console game. The stripes represent nothing, they are just there because the logo designer was unimaginative and couldn't be arsed to stray far from the stars and stripes of the American flag. And the snake, I find most bemusing of all. Apparently, the snake represents both the prestidigitation and the insecurity of the US as a nation.
