There is a definite progression to your dream, beginning with rather extreme vulnerability followed by escape then finally resulting in resistance. But there is a consistent theme of weakness: old ladies are weak, yet you were killed by one. A warrior cat is not a particularly strong or scary warrior. Puss in Boots comes to mind. Where is your strength? For some reason, your dream is telling you that you are in a very weakened condition.
