"Bona naturalia" is literally "the good of natural things" or "natural goods" or even "natural excellences"

"Bona gratuita" is literally "freely given good things" or "free goods".

These terms are not necessarily theological terms and so it is imperative to check the context in which they are used. They are used sometimes to describe God's natural gifts of creation and more often, as in St. Thomas Aquinas, are used in treatises discussing the nature and mysteries of God's grace.
