If the worker accidentally breaks a chicken's neck they are thrown away and left to die in the trash can. Then once they are grown they are sent to a plant to separate the males from the females. The males are killed and packaged and sent to the grocery store while the females are sent to reproduce more eggs for more chickens and restart the cycle all over again.
