"UFO" means "something I see in the sky and don't know what it is". They can't do anything to you at all.

No UFO ever seen is known and proven to have been an alien space craft. In fact, in real life, aliens are not known and proven to exist. After all, someone has to be the first form of intelligent life in the universe. There is no reason to think it isn't us.
