Jesus called 12 apostles to serve him.
That would depend very much on the translation you are using. Some versions endeavour to translate individual words; others the broader meaning of the whole sentence. The disciples would have tended to call him 'Rabbi' during His ministry, and 'Lord' after the resurrection; although Peter recognised his Lordly authority at the transfiguration, so again you have variables.

A:As a Christian you would agree with the historicity of Jesus' resurrection i) because it is a central teaching of Christianity, and ii) because not to do so would begin to call into doubt the reliabilty of the gospel records. As a non-Christian you would not need to agree with the historicity of Jesus' resurrection for either of these reasons.

The feast of the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ is popularly known as "Easter Sunday". It is a movable feast, meaning Easter call fall on any Sunday between March 22 and April 25th in the Roman rite (other Eastern rites have a different range) as the feast follows a lunar calendar.
The name “Easter” has its roots in ancient polytheistic religions (paganism). On this, all scholars agree. This name isneverused in the original Scriptures, nor is it ever associated biblically with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. For these reasons, we prefer to use the term “Resurrection Sunday” rather than “Easter” when referring to the annual Christian remembrance ofChrist's resurrection.
