Lent and Holy Week lead up to Christ's death and resurrection. Jesus died for us so we must repent.

Pontius Pilate
Man is called to respond to God's plan in Christ through faith, which involves trusting in Jesus as Lord and Savior. This response also includes repentance, turning away from sin and embracing a life aligned with God's will. Additionally, believers are called to live out their faith actively, sharing the message of Christ's love and grace with others and serving the community in His name.
John was chosen by God to point the way to Christ and call people to repentance in preparation for Christ's coming.

Christ was made manifest in the flesh to die for sinners. He was not called for the righteous but bring sinners to repentance. He was more than a teacher
"a footstep follower of Christ"
With great enthusiasm.
When the priest says 'the Body of Christ' or 'the Blood of Christ' the person should respond with 'Amen' signifying that he or she believes that the bread and wine are truly the Body and Blood of Christ. If you cannot honestly respond 'Amen' then you have no business receiving communion.
