When we say "A Year", we mean the number of days it takes for our planet (Earth) to orbit the sun. A year for us is 365.25 days because that is how long it takes for Earth to orbit around the sun. This is also the reason why we have a leap year with one extra day every four years, to make up for the extra 0.25 of a day we don't count when our year/orbit completes.
Depends which year you mean.
A year has 365 days in a normal year, and when I mean normal, I mean, when it isn't a leap year, and a leap year consists of 366 days.

2011 is not in the bible - not as a year, not as a number. It cannot, therefore, "mean" anything in the Bible.
