Children leave their shoes out to be filled with presents from the 3 Wise Men. Sometimes the children leave a bit of hay in their shoes to feed the horses of the Kings.

People have presents and see their families. Christmas carries on long after December 25th though. On January the 5th, children put their shoes on the doorstep of their houses, filled with barley for the Camel's of the three wise men. When they wake up on January 6th, their shoes will be filled with chocolate. The rest of January 6th is spent watching parades and eating cake and sweets.
