First you need to go and get dive (which is located at Stevens house in mossdeep city). Then if you check your POKeNAV you will see a city called sootopolis, around that city there will be a dark area that sort of resembles a ring. If you go there you will see some dark water you should dive and go to the underwater cavern(which is where Team Aqua took the sub) at the end of the cave (you need a Pokemon that has rock smash and one that has strength to get there) you will fight Archie, Archie has a relatively good team and most of his Pokemon are either between level 40 - through level 45. After you defeat him you will be brought up to the surface above the cavern. There Maxie and Archie will proceed to get into an argument about how Archie put the world in danger by waking the super ancient Pokemon "Kyogre". Then go under the water again(make sure there are white rocks around you before you dive, because that means that sootopolis is close by) Then find the other cavern and go in and surface. You will find yourself in sootopolis. Go to the land area on the left and go up to the top of the hill, there will be Steven and Wallace(the towns gym leader) standing there. They will lead you(after a brief discussion) to the cave of origin, then they will let you enter. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LARGE STOCK OF "ULTRA BALLS" BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE THE CHANCE TO CATCH "KYOGRE"! After you catch "Kyogre" you can leave the cave of origin(the rain will have stopped) and go and fight the gym leader. Wallace has "Pokemon" in the level 40's and is pretty hard to beat is you have rock, fire, or even water Pokemon, But a few highly trained Grass Pokemon(ideally "Sceptile" because of leaf blade) will wipe the floor with Wallace. After you beat Wallace he will reward you with the rain badge. This badge allows you to use waterfall(which was in the "POKeBALL" inside of the cave of origin) You need waterfall to get to the elite 4 on Ever Grande city. For people who want to catch "Kyogre"... Make sure you save before you go in to the front of his pool, because if you kill him without meaning to you will need to start over!
