A physicist and a pathologist. There is no single term for someone that does both.
A pathologist may specifically study the effects of gravity on vaccines

When the scientist studies the stars that's an astronomer, and in space it's an astronaut. The person might also be a father or mother, or a footballer, because people tend to be multi-skilled.

The study is paleontology so I think a person who studies it is a paleontologist.
A person who studies family ancestry is called a genealogist.
