Is spectrum too simplistic an answer?
Coloured arm bands denote the captain. Captains wear usually a yellow arm band.
The series of color bands formed after light passes through a prism is called a spectrum. This spectrum is created due to the dispersion of light into its component colors based on their wavelengths.
If you mean the order of the coloured bands - it's red, yellow, black.
During gel electrophoresis, a series of bands appear on the gel because the DNA molecules are separated based on their size and charge as they move through the gel in response to an electric field. The smaller DNA molecules move faster and travel further through the gel, resulting in distinct bands that represent different sizes of DNA fragments.
Because they're very small components. It's easier to mark them with coloured bands, then you can 'decode' the bands according to the internationally agreed colour-coding system.
Because they are a sort of forest creature where as the lighter coloured like to live in more public places like grass or litter
I don't think so I didn't have to pay for mine
A Coral snake. It has bands of red, yellow and black around its body.
A spectrum
A 5 percent tolerance resistor would only have two significant digits in its stated value, so we are talking about 82000 ohms plus or minus 5%. The coloured bands would be grey (8), red (2), orange (times 1000), and gold (5%).
