There is no proper term, perhaps an Orientalist Student or an Arabophile.
Typically, such people are called Orientalists.
Perhaps you could call them East Mediterranean countries or former Ottoman territories. You could call them "Middle Eastern countries" but it is questionable whether Greece is a Middle Eastern country.
The Arabic for "prince" is "amir," sometimes spelled "emir."

North Africa in terms of the Middle East is it's own culture. You have Persian, nomads, and North African and some people consider Pakistan to be Middle Eastern so include Hindi or whatever you would like to call it. North Africa is a blend of cultures within "north Africa" that is unique.

Yes and No. Generally speaking, Middle Eastern is not an ethnicity since the term can be applied to a number of different ethnic groups (Arabs, Turks, Persians, Jews, etc.) However, people from the Middle East will often just call themselves Middle Eastern to avoid necessarily associating with one of the various ethnic groups.

It depends on the specific nationality. As for race, there are Mexicans of several ethnic backgrounds, including mestizo, caucasian, middle-eastern and even Asian ancestry.
