Drought
adaptations: they walk long distances survive without water for a long time and live in hot areas
A dunderhead.A2. or if they have comprehensive areas of ignorance, ignoramus would be appropriate.
They can last longer because they are said to have areas in their body (humps) that can adsorb the water in the air (humidity).
Not very long - a matter of days only. Many websites unfamiliar with Australian fauna state that kangaroos can go for a long time without drinking, but this simply is not true. Consider that kangaroos that live in more arid areas do not burrow like many other animals do; because they are exposed to the heat of the day, they experience thirst, and they must have access to water in some form. Kangaroos only live in areas where there is permanent or semi-permanent water, even on the arid plains, and when these sources dry up, they move on to areas where there is water.
they can go pretty long without food but not to long without water
never human does not without water
It is a common misconception that kangaroos can go for long periods without water. They cannot. Kangaroos need regular access to water, like most mammals, and they can only survive in areas where there are permanent waterholes, or where condensation provides their daily needs. Kangaroos can go for just a couple of days without water.
