Normal! Seriously, I think what you mean is someone who takes it to an extreme. People who will have sex compulsively and are clinically determined to be 'addicted' to it are known as nymphomaniacs. These people can have a dangerous preoccupation, and typically will do just about anything with anybody to feed their desire. It's a real mental illness.
