Constellation :)
Depending on size, that's probably either a globular star cluster (a vaguely spherical grouping of tens of thousands of stars within a galaxy), or a galaxy (an elliptical, disc-shaped or irregular grouping of billions of stars - including several globular clusters).
If by pulse you mean where the wave is bunched together then it is called a compression.
Galaxy, Star System?
A galaxy.
A huge mass of stars and planets is called a galaxy.
A galaxy
The Galaxy, also call the Milky Way, is made of stars. Other, distant star systems are called galaxies (lower case g) by analogy.
There are around 200 to 400 billion stars in our galaxy. It is more correct to call them stars, rather than "Suns", because the name "Sun" is the name of our star. You wouldn't call all Americans Sam, would you?

Groups at different scales (from smaller to larger) are called:* Multiple stars (two or more stars that are gravitationally bound) * Star clusters * Galaxies * Galaxy clusters * Superclusters
If the curvature of the lanes of stars is sufficiently tight, one might call that a "spiral galaxy" in keeping with its visual appearance.
