I think it might be The Aristocats....not so sure though!
No. The final productions in which Disney had an active role were the animated feature, The Jungle Book and the live-action musical comedy The Happiests Millionaire both released in 1967 (but were in production prior to Walt Disney's death on December 15, 1966). He did not have an active role in the production of the Aristocats which was released in 1970.
