Well you don't just call it takes a few steps. First you'll need an agent which you can find in either a phone book or online. Once you have you're agent they should tell you about auditions for minor parts in shows or plays. If you do really well then a director or producer for hopefully Disney channel will discover you and you'll be on your way to Disney channel success.
