The limitations that are put on your ability to regain your license depend upon why it was taken away in the first place. Different states can suspend or revoke a DL for different infractions, and the length of time varies. The best way to find out when you are eligable for reinstatement is to call your local DMV office. You may also call or stop in at your local police department or sheriff's department and ask, as they can get an instant copy of your driving record and it will state right on there when you are able to have it back. Furthermore, also depending upon the state, you may be able to get an "occupational only" license that will allow oyu to drive to and from work legally. Again, call your local DMV office for more details on this.
You should call the DMV/RMV to confirm the status of your license. Physically having the license does not mean that you're authorized to drive, and if you're caught driving while your priviledges are suspended the ramifications can be severe. I strongly suggest that you get confirmation of your status before driving if you're not sure what's going on.

The closest I have found is to call there mother and have them taken away. Good luck otherwise
If your car was towed out of a tow away zone in Brooklyn, New York, you can call 212-TOW-AWAY to find out where it was taken. Or you can call the local police precinct if your car was not towed but stolen.
