you have to go to the tower and re battle and defeat the four admins of cipher which are Mirror b, Dakim, lady Venus, and Ein. theyr'e Pokemon are at a higher level so be prepared. (you can also re catch the legendary dogs if you didn't catch them before) then the admins give you some sort of key to get into the place where you enter the colosseum. you need to talk to the body guard (Silva in disguise) in front of the elevator. once you go up you meet Nascour but he goes up the next elevator. then you have to battle the team Snagem leader which is hard. then finally you go up the elevator and win the colosseum and nascour is the last person to beat. by the way you cant heal your Pokemon in between the battles in the colosseum so you better choose your Pokemon wisely.
