Nothing - unless it's causing the Iguana some discomfort. Provide something rough for the Iguana to walk on (a piece of clean roofing slate is perfect) - this will act as a a file. If absolutely necessary - you could take it to a vet and have it trimmed. DO NOT attempt to cut it yourself unless you absolutely know what you're doing ! Cutting the claw too close to the foot can result in an injury to the skin which, if untreated can turn septic - resulting in the loss of the foot !

Not really, but if you handle them alot when their young they can become very docile. if not handled they will whip there tails and claw you. they will try to get away and they are very difficult to catch.
