there is no shaymin (or arceus) in mystery dungeon 2. in Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of the sky (check out serebii.net for that), there is shaymin and arceus, but i don't know if shaymin is recruitable.

Unfortunately, shaymin and arceus don't appear in Pokemon mystery dungeon 2. It has every Pokemon from bulbasaur to darkrai, but not those 2.

Talk to one of the Shaymin in the village. At the top-right, I believe. It'll give you a Gracidea, which changes Shaymin's forme when used in a dungeon.
