go to blackthorn city and find lance then deafeat team rocket in blackthorn then turn the radio on team rocket will be broad casting stuff about them.then the go to goldenroad then go to the under ground place and look for a team rocket member he will give you a team rocket outfit then go to the radio tower a team rocket member will let you in because your dressed as a team rocket member. then climb all over the radio tower you will soon be at the top and find your self fighting archer after that you have done deafeating team rocket (in johto not kanto). if this doesn't work don't blame me i did it a month (or more) ago!
