I believe that is the end of the story. The main things to do after that is battle in the Battle Frontier, explore the Survival Area and Resort Area, and continue to train your Pokemon. The elite four will be tougher after you beat them the first time, but they are eventually extremely easy once your Pokemon are a high enough level.
In the Survival Area, your rival will battle you on Saturdays and Sundays. Gym leaders and other NPCs will also rematch you.
