Once you have found the rock and you can go into hearthrome city find a girl called bebe she will give you a eevee if you say yes she is in a house so you will have to have a little look from the inside of the houses once you have got a eevee go to either snowpoint city or eterna forest and go near the rock and level up your eevee and it will evolve into leafeon for eterna forest and glaceon for snow point city!
