How can you get past the B.A.D. control center without the lasers?
On Spy Island you must rescue all three spies, in order. The first spy gives you a Laser Pen to help free the second spy. The second spy gives you a Grappling Bowtie to rescue the third spy. The third spy gives you the Ultra Vision Goggles, which can see lasers. The goggles, and a fingerprint from the Bistro agent, will let you enter the B.A.D. hideout to the right of Toupee Terrace.
