first go to the lighthouse top by climbing the stair case and talk to the girl there (there are many trainers on the way) . next surf to cianwood city and go to the pharmacy and talk to the man there and he'll give you the secret potion.after beating the cianwood gym leader go back to the lighthouse and use the elavator to go up to the light room and talk to the girl. finally she will go back to the gym and you can battle the olivine gym leader tah dah. P.S she uses steel types , 2 magnimites and a steelix.
