Go north and read the braille on the wall it will say to use dig well use the move dig with a Pokemon that knows it then the door will open, head north until you reach the next braille wall press A then arrange your relicanth and wailord in order like this: relicanth first wailord last then press A on the rock again and the screen will shake and a noise will be heard, if this didn't work, put wailord first and relicanth last then try looking at the braille again. Now you can enter the chambers in the desert and left of lilycove and northwest of dewford and catch the regis.
