Where do you go after you get the eighth badge in Pokemon Diamond?

Go to the edge of sunyshore city (that tiny little beach). If u haven't already, obtain the HM waterfall from the girl on the beach- you'll need it. Teach waterfall to a Pokemon. Make sure u have a Surfing Pokemon on your team. Surf away from the beach. there are many trainers on this route. Soon, you'll come to a giant waterfall. Use waterfall and go up it. You'll come to a little platform with a Pokemon center and a cave. Change up your Pokemon. You'll need these HM's to complete the cave: Rock smash, defog, surf, strength, rock climb, and waterfall. Go into the cave. This is victory road, leading to the elite four. Victory road is hard to get through, so try your best. Once you're finally out, you'll see a tall building. That's the elite four. Heal your Pokemon and buy a lot of full restores. Switch up your Pokemon, too. The elite four are as follows:

Aaron- Bug-type- Pokemon: Dustox lv 53, Heracross lv 54, Vespiquen lv 54, Beautifly lv 53, Drapion lv 57

Bertha- Ground-type- Pokemon: Quagsire lv 55, Hippowdon lv 56, Sudowoodo lv 57, Whiscash lv 55, Golem lv 59

Flint- Fire-type- Pokemon: Steelix lv 57, Lopunny lv 57, Drifblim lv 58, Rapidash lv 58, Infernape lv 61

Go to orbergh then go in to mount coronet then go up the mountain then talk to looker then keep going then battle the team galactic boss but u will have to go in the reverse wolrd get through it then beat the boss Cyrus and deafeat giratina or catch it

If you have the poke Flute ( obtained by mr. Fuji after you beat giovanni at the game corner), you can wake snolax left of celadon city to cycling road, which leads to fushia city and beat poison type koga in the gym or go down lavender town wake up another snorlax which leads to the same city but with more experience points and money. Or you can beat saffron city gym Sabrina who uses pychic types.
