You can find the Binary Bard at his secret giant asteroid (not so secret : X-11 Y-84). You will need to have beaten the three planets (fire, ice, and jungle) and have the three Knights with you. On the planetoid is a Golden Key which guards the portal between the asteroid and the Binary Bard's castle (located in another galaxy). Draw out the Golden Key and enter the portal.
