You can meet the peddler, who tells you that despite the 5 famous ghosts of the island, Ghost Hunting is not allowed by the local magistrate. If you go left to the Cemetery, a tour guide will say the same thing. But continue left and talk to the man at the gates, who is looking for his uncle's gravesite. Get the information and go back to the Herald newspaper, where you can look up the obituaries in the basement files.
