I would suspect that it is is, in fact, an issue with the 3DS console rather than the games.
No, 3DS games only work on the 3DS and 3DS XL as well as the 2DS
Yes. In fact, it will have additional functionality on the 3DS and the DSi series
The Nintendo 3DS is backwards compatible with Nintendo DS titles, so all DS Pokemon games and subsequent 3DS Pokemon games will work on the 3DS.
The new system is compatible with all 3DS games so I would say yes.
sorry. DS games can be played on a 3DS in 2D. 3DS games can not be played on a DS at all.
pretty much all the games on the dsi and ds lite. im pretty sure but 3ds might have a different game slot.
Fine. The iTouch 4G has things that the 3DS doesn't have and the 3DS has things that the iTouch 4G doesn't have. The iTouch 4G has a good amount of battery and the 3DS doesn't (so if traveling, 3DS bad). The 3DS is 3D and it has a few cool programs but then the iTouch 4G has more cool programs and the 3DS just has the 3D effect, which is cool, but not brilliant. To get all stuff for the 3DS costs a lot of money (console, case, screen protecters, games). The iTouch 4G is less money (console, case, screen protecters.), and you can get some good free games and since you sold your 3DS (and probably the games and equiptment, too), you will have money to buy lots of great games on your new iTouch 4G (and the iTouch 4G games are way cheaper than the 3DS games)! The 3DS can make your head hurt and can cause eye-straining in a short amount of time (and the iTouch 4G probably could, but it would take way longer). There are also very little good 3DS games (the 3DS can play DS games, but they are blurry on the 3DS), but there are a lot of good iTouch games/programs (the the 3DS can download games/programs as well, but there are way less good free games/programs. All the great games are expensive.)
No, that'd mean the 3DS would be open to all manner of software piracy. The way to download games using it is over wi-fi, using the 3DS Store.
in most of the boxes of 3DS games you can see a paper of club nintendo with the code writen on it. same with most DS games as well. note:not all games have the code.
Yes, you can use it for all previous DS games.
The 3ds supports all DS, DSI, and 3DS games. Like the DSI, it no longer supports game-paks for the Game Boy Advance.
Currently It can only be played on a 3ds,like all 3ds games
