You have to deal with it. The endangered animal is a native species in it's native environment. It has the right to exist in it's "home".

Your only option is to consult your local animal control agencies and report the problem to them then allow them to deal with it.
Killing , trapping or interfering with the endangered animal will get you in a lot of (well deserved) trouble. I understand loss of cattle affects your prosperity but you need to respect the environment if you expect to live in the environment.
