It's very simple. Folow these nstructions: 1.) tap and hold the app icon that is "waiting" when it wiggles tap the black and white X that appears on it. A window appears asking if you want to delete it. Say yes. Then plug in your PC with the cable to the iphone and go to apps where your app is listed. Drag drop it to your device symbol in the left hand column and it will sync into your phone and will be no long "waiting", then use it.
