Turn the PS3 on standbye were the red light is on, then keep hold of the power button for a short amount of time until it beeps a few times, the PS3 should then go into default mode and hopefully re-appear. p.s are the scart leads in properly or is the tv on the right channel.

It probably wont come out, there are many rumors that they are making spore for wii, but it has not been proved, It may come out for PS3, but there are so many actions that you can do, it will be very hard to fit all the controls onto the controller.
